A new era of longevity begins here.

Our flagship stem cell therapy, built around the evolving field of regenerative medicine.

Introduction

What is BioStem?

BioStem is BioRenew's advanced stem cell therapy product — developed around the evolving field of regenerative medicine.

Regenerative medicine is a modern approach to healthcare focused on supporting the body's natural ability to repair, restore, and regenerate damaged or malfunctioning cells caused by disease, injury, or aging.

This emerging field combines innovative therapies, cellular science, biological treatments, and advanced medical technologies aimed at improving healing and overall wellness at a deeper level.

At BioRenew, we believe that restoring healthy, functional cells may play a vital role in helping the body recover, rejuvenate, and thrive. Through BioStem, our focus is to explore effective and science-driven regenerative solutions designed to support long-term health, cellular renewal, and improved quality of life.

The science

Understanding stem cells

Stem cells are among the body's most remarkable tools for self-repair.

Stem cells are specialized cells that can give rise to more specialized cells, or differentiate into a specific cell type. When disease or injury occurs, they respond to specific signals and help facilitate healing by transforming into the specialized cells the body needs to repair and restore itself.

As we age, the number and flexibility of stem cells naturally decrease. This decline may contribute to slower healing, compromised recovery, and the visible effects of aging.

Two defining properties

  • Self-renewal

The ability to go through numerous cycles of cell division while maintaining an undifferentiated state.

  • Potency

The capacity to differentiate into specialized cell types — in the strictest sense, the ability to give rise to mature cell types.

Areas of ongoing research

Areas being explored

The following are described as areas of ongoing research and exploration through adult stem cell therapy — not as guaranteed treatments.

  • Autism
  • Auto-Immune Disease
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Diabetes
  • Heart Disease
  • Liver Cirrhosis
  • Macular Degeneration
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Nerve Damage
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Spinal Cord Injury
  • Stroke

Benefits

Cord-blood stem cells

Umbilical cord stem cells, collected from blood and tissue after birth, are a rich source of regenerative cells. At a high level, they offer several practical advantages:

  • Lower risk of rejectionCord blood generally requires less strict matching than bone marrow, with a lower risk of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).
  • Immediate availabilityStored cord blood is ready for use, unlike bone marrow, which requires donor identification and collection.
  • Non-invasive collectionCord blood is collected after birth, so the collection process poses no risk to the baby or mother.

Case observations

Radio-tagging observations

Using the FDA-approved 99mTC radio-tagging method, activated stem cells were imaged after being delivered into the body. The scans below show where the tagged cells were observed to localize — they are imaging observations, not outcome guarantees.

  • A clinician in a white coat reviewing a grid of axial brain CT scans on a monitor, pointing to an area of injury.

    Brain Injury

After IV administration of activated, 99mTC-labeled stem cells, the radio-tagged cells were observed localizing at the site of injury.

  • Close-up of an older person's hands examining the palm and fingers, illustrating a condition affecting the hand's connective tissue.

    Dupuytren's Contracture

Radio-tagged imaging showed activated stem cells homing to the arthritic wrist, with none visible in the unaffected side.

  • A clinician examining a chest X-ray of the lungs and ribcage displayed on a monitor.

    Lung Disease

A scan taken 24 hours after administration showed tagged stem cells concentrated at the site of inflammation in the lungs.

  • An elderly patient in a hospital gown seated in a wheelchair while a clinician gently supports their arm.

    Cerebral Palsy

An indium scan of a young patient showed tagged stem cells localizing in the area of brain dysfunction.

In the clinic

The procedure

BioStem procedures are carried out in a clinical operating-room setting by a trained medical team, with each step handled under physician supervision.

In the radio-tagging cases shown above, stem cells are activated and, in some cases, labeled before being administered — most often via an intravenous drip — so that their distribution through the body can be observed.
